2.2 Instructions for use
Product description and components:
Chef sprayers are devices designed to spray food-grade liquids (e.g., vinegar, flavored oils, citrus juices). They are equipped
with an adjustable nozzle for optimal spray control and a plastic bottle. All components are certified for food contact.
Purpose and intended use:
These devices are designed for both home and professional kitchen use, ensuring uniform application of food-grade liquids on food and surfaces. Particularly suitable for barbecuing.
Proper use:
• Before each use, check that the sprayer and all its components are clean, intact, and undamaged.
• Verify that the product/substance used is compatible with the sprayer.
• Fill it according to the indicated maximum capacity.
• Clearly labeling the liquid in the sprayer is essential for safe use, preventing errors, protecting health, and reducing environmental impact.
• Compress and release the lever with regular movements to create the necessary pressure and achieve uniform spraying. Adjust the spray width by rotating the nozzle until the desired width or a hermetic seal is obtained.
• After use, completely empty and thoroughly clean the sprayer. Spray clean water through the pump mechanism to remove
any internal residues.
2.3 Routine and Extraordinary Maintenance
Routine Maintenance:
• Thoroughly clean the tank, sprayer, and nozzle after each use.
• Periodically check the integrity of the components.
• Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Extraordinary Maintenance:
• If damage or wear occurs, immediately replace the damaged or compromised parts.
• In case of nozzle clogging, do not over-pressurize the sprayer. Remove the obstruction before use.
• To ensure product performance and safety, use only original spare parts.
